These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered exam generation service ("Service"), available at https://quizforge.ai ("Website").
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

QuizForge provides an AI-powered platform that helps educators generate professional exam papers in minutes. The Service is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered over the Internet.
2.1 Service Nature: This Service is a digital intangible product. Service access is enabled immediately after payment confirmation. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as described in Section 7.
2.2 AI Model Disclosure: This Service uses third-party AI model providers, including DeepSeek and potentially other mainstream AI models, to generate examination papers and quiz content. The specific AI models used may vary over time as we continuously improve our Service. You acknowledge that: (a) generated content is AI-produced and may contain inaccuracies; (b) AI-generated content should be reviewed before use in high-stakes assessments; and (c) we are not responsible for errors in AI-generated content.
3.1 Account Creation: Using this Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all operations under your account.
3.2 Account Security: (a) Immediately contact security@quizforge.ai if you discover unauthorized use. (b) Do not share login credentials with any third party. (c) Ensure your billing email address remains valid.
3.3 Enterprise Accounts: If registering on behalf of a company or organization, you declare that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of that entity.
4.1 Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record (MoR) and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Payment card data is exclusively handled by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers.
4.2 Subscription Plans: We offer subscription plans to access this Service. Current plan details and pricing are available at https://quizforge.ai/pricing.
4.3 Auto-Renewal Authorization: By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you explicitly authorize QuizForge to charge your payment method for the corresponding subscription fee on a recurring basis. This recurring authorization remains effective until you cancel your subscription per Section 6.
4.4 Taxes: Unless otherwise stated, all listed prices exclude applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). If required by applicable law, we will collect and remit such taxes on your behalf.
4.5 Billing Disputes: If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us at billing@quizforge.ai before initiating a bank dispute. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
5.1 How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through: (a) Online (recommended): Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription; (b) Email: Send a cancellation request from your registered email to cancel@quizforge.ai. Cancellation takes effect immediately. We will send a confirmation email within 10 minutes.
5.2 Effect of Cancellation: (a) Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. (b) You will not be charged in subsequent billing cycles. (c) Account data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
6.1 General Policy: Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital Service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances.

7.1 Output Content Ownership: Subject to compliance with these Terms, AI content generated from your inputs ("Output Content") belongs to you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose permitted under Section 8.
7.2 Input Content License: By submitting content to this Service ("Input Content"), you grant QuizForge a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service to you. Without your explicit consent, we will not use your Input Content for training AI models.
7.3 Third-Party AI Model Dependency: This Service uses third-party AI model providers including DeepSeek. Output Content may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.
7.4 AI Output Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. It is your responsibility to review and verify AI-generated content before relying on it.
8.1 Permitted Uses: You may only use this Service for lawful purposes that comply with these Terms, including personal productivity, business automation, research, and development activities.

10.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuizForge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim event.
These Terms remain effective during your use of this Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, are suspected of fraudulent activity, or are required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons not attributable to your breach, we will proportionally refund prepaid unused portions. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@quizforge.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Before initiating formal proceedings, please try to resolve the issue informally by contacting legal@quizforge.ai.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
